Miyuki Shimazaki (島崎 みゆき, Shimazaki Miyuki, born (1974-10-13)13 October 1974) is a retired Japanese female volleyball player.

She was part of the Japan women's national volleyball team at the 1994 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Brazil.[1] On club level she played with Hitachi.
