Heriberto Vélez Vélez (born January 25, 1964) is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Quebradillas. Vélez is affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party (PPD) and has served as mayor since 2005.[1] Has a bachelor's degree in Education, with a concentration in mathematics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
