The Prospects Group[1] provides education, employment, training and care products and services. Prospects works with over 500,000 customers each year mainly in England and Wales. It employs more than 1,400 staff and is an employee owned company. It achieved Leader in Diversity status in 2016[2] and is ranked in the top 100 index by the National Centre for Diversity.

Prospects Services are a welfare to work company in the United Kingdom. They are one company that is responsible for the delivery of the Work Programme, a workfare scheme which operates in the United Kingdom. Prospects is a prime contractor for the Work Programme in the south west of England and a subcontractor in Bristol and London.[3]
