Taira no Chikazane (平 親真) (d.1260/90) was a Japanese warrior of the medieval era. He was the great-grandson of Taira no Kiyomori, grandson of Taira no Shigemori and son of Taira no Sukemori. He was the last headman of the Taira clan after his uncle Taira no Koremori and cousin Taira no Rokudai were killed.

Oda Nobunaga claimed descent from him.
