Andriy Fartushnyak (Ukrainian: Андрій Петрович Фартушняк; born 24 March 1989) is a professional Ukrainian football defender who plays for FC Tytan Armyansk in the Ukrainian First League.

Fartushnyak is the product of the FC Vidradnyi Kyiv and FC Dynamo Kyiv youth system.
