Usmani Khel is an administrative unit, known as Union council, of Malakand District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan Inhabitants are mainly bajezi, khattak,baba khel swati and mians( bachagan). A single Basic health unit is located near the road. Government schools (separate male and female) are present. There is a mountain having some relics of old civilization in a specific area known as Diggar. The estimated population is around 20,786. The said village comprises small hamlets I,e Begham banda, Anar tangy, bra sha, Rustam banda, Gul Dad Khan Banda, sra sha and Ghamgeen abad etc.
