Filippo Sugar is an Italian entrepreneur, and he has been the president of SIAE, an Italian copyrights collecting company, from March 2015 to September 2018.

Career

His predecessor, Gino Paoli, had to resign after being investigated for tax evasion, and so SIAE elected Filippo Sugar as new president.

The new SIAE president said that SIAE isn't meant for grant equal rights for everyone,[1] he is also the owner of the music label Sugar Music Spa.
