Utilita Energy
Utilita is a UK energy supplier. It is one of the largest UK energy suppliers, by market share, outside of the Big Six.[1]
As of August 2019, Utilita has a 6.6/10 average rating on Trustpilot, with 51% ranking it 5/5 stars.[2]
In June 2019 it was reported that a Citizens Advice survey had ranked Utilita among the worst UK energy companies for customer service, with 1.8 stars out of a possible 5.[3]
