The 2012 Cork Premier Intermediate Football Championship was the seventh staging of the Cork Premier Intermediate Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 2006.

On 28 October 2012, St. Vincent's won the championship following a 0-12 to 0-11 defeat of St. Michael's in the final at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.[1] It was their second championship title overall and their first title since 2006.
