Rafik K. Mansour

Rafik Mansour is a Senior U.S. diplomat, Class of Minister-Counselor, serving as Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the United States of America in Singapore as of July 30, 2019. Mansour also served as Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d'affaires, a.i. of the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia.[1]

Mansour graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in French Literature and from the National War College with a master's degree in National Security Strategy.[1]
