The 2011 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 102nd staging of the Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909.

On 2 October 2011, Bandon won the championship following a 2-14 to 0-07 defeat of Fr. O'Neill's in the final at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.^[1] This was their third championship title overall and their first title since 1974.
