Sperandia (or Sperandea) (1216 – September 11, 1276) is venerated as a saint by the Catholic Church. A relative of Saint Ubald of Gubbio,[1] she became a Benedictine nun at Cingoli. She later became an abbess.[1]

Veneration

Her body is incorrupt,[1] and since her death, her body has been exhumed eight times.[2]
