Claudio Francesco Scremin (born May 28, 1968) is a Canadian former National Hockey League player. Scremin played in 17 games for the San Jose Sharks.

Born in Burnaby, British Columbia, Scremin played junior ice hockey for the Richmond Sockeyes before playing college hockey for the Univ. of Maine Black Bears. He was drafted by the Washington Capitals in 1988, but never played for the team, who traded his rights to the Minnesota North Stars, and his rights were transferred to the San Jose Sharks. After university, Scremin signed with the San Jose Sharks as a free agent. He played for their Kansas City Blades minor league team from 1990 until 1994, when he moved to Europe to play for HC Varese. While at Kansas City, Scremin had two call-ups to San Jose, playing 17 games. Scremin returned to Kansas City and played four more seasons with the Blades before returning to Europe to play for the Hannover Stingers, the London Knights and the Krefeld Pinguin.
