"Lonely Christmas Eve" is a Christmas song by Ben Folds from the 2000 film How The Grinch Stole Christmas. The song is written from the point of view of the Grinch, and thus includes lyrics about hating Christmas. The song is in the closing credits of The Grinch, after Faith Hill's "Where Are You, Christmas?".
