White Lodging Services Corporation is a privately held American hotel management company. As of 2015, it manages more than 160 hotels. It is one of the largest hospitality companies in the United States.[1]

White Lodging was founded in 1985[2] by Bruce W. White, the son of the billionaire Dean White.[3] The company is headquartered in Merrillville, Indiana.[4]

In 2014 and 2015, White Lodging was the subject of data security breaches at numerous locations that it manages.[5][4][6][7][8] In November 2016, former chief financial officer Ken Barrett was named chief executive officer of the company.[9]

In December 2017, White Lodging announced that it would be selling 82 of its suburban hotel management contracts to Interstate Hotels & Resorts, cutting its hotel portfolio in half and resulting in the loss of more than 50 corporate office staff.[10]
