Manx Financial Group (MFG) has subsidiaries engaged in financial services based in the Isle of Man and the UK. These companies offer financial services to both retail and commercial customers.

Principal wholly owned subsidiaries: Conister Bank Limited, Edgewater Associates Limited, Conister Card Services Limited, Manx Incahoot Limited and Manx FX Limited

Manx Financial Group PLC is a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange with a symbol of (LSE:MFX).[1][2]

The company chairman is Jim Mellon and prominent Brexiteer Arron Banks owns 20% of its stock.[3]


Conister Bank

Conister Bank Limited (formerly Conister Trust Limited) is a licensed independent bank, regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the Isle of Man, the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK and is a full member of the MasterCard network and the Isle of Man's Association of Licensed Banks.

The Bank provides a variety of financial products and services, including savings accounts, asset financing, personal loans, loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, block discounting and other specialist secured credit facilities to the Isle of Man and the UK consumer and business sectors.

Edgewater Associates

Edgewater Associates Limited is the largest independent financial adviser in the Isle of Man. It serves Isle of Man residents and businesses, advising on assets in excess of £273 million. EWA specialises in the areas of wealth management, mortgages, general insurance, and retirement planning.

Conister Card Services Limited

Conister Card Services Limited is the Group's pre-paid card division for business clients.

Manx Incahoot Limited

Manx Incahoot Limited provides Employee Benefit services to the UK and Isle of Man employment market. This product was launched in 2016.

Manx FX Limited

Manx Foreign Exchange (MFX) Limited was formed in 2014.
