Charles Budden (18 July 1879 – 26 November 1969) was an English cricketer.

Budden made his first-class debut for Hampshire in 1900, appearing twice in matches against Warwickshire and Yorkshire.

Budden died in Winchester, Hampshire on 26 November 1969.
