Frank Reid (born c. 1946) is a retired Canadian football player who played for the Ottawa Rough Riders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.[1] He played college football at the University at Buffalo. He later entered politics, serving as a Ottawa-Carleton regional councillor for Nepean in the 1980s.[2]
