Issikiomartyria bisegmentata is a species of moth belonging to the family Micropterigidae. It was described by Hashimoto in 2006 and is endemic to Japan[citation needed].

The length of the forewings is 4.6–5.3 millimetres (0.18–0.21 in) for males and 5.1–5.5 millimetres (0.20–0.22 in) for females.[1]
