J. Knill (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer. Knill's batting style is assumed to be left-handed.

Knill made two first-class appearances for a team of left-handed players, firstly against the Marylebone Cricket Club at Lord's Cricket Ground in 1833, and secondly against a team of Right-Handed players in 1838, also at Lord's.[1] Knill scored 32 runs in his two matches, with a high score of 23.[2]
