Richard Alfred Young (16 September 1885 in Dharwad, India – 1 July 1968 in Hastings, Sussex) was an English cricketer who played in two Tests between 1907 and 1908.[1] He was selected as wicketkeeper ahead of Joe Humphries on the strength of his batting.

His brother was John Young, who played first-class cricket for Sussex.
