Cyril James Ridding Richards (14 July 1870 – 27 October 1933) was an English first-class cricketer. Harris was a left-handed batsman and a fast bowler.

Richards represented Hampshire in one first-class match in 1895 against Surrey. Richards made 43 runs in Hampshire's first innings, but in the second innings he only made 5 runs before being bowled by Thomas Richardson.

Richards died at Cluny Castle, Aberdeenshire on 27 October 1933.
