Lionel Hervey-Bathurst (7 July 1849 – 4 May 1908) was an English cricketer. Hervey-Bathurst played as a wicketkeeper.

Hervey-Bathurst made his first-class debut in 1875. He played both his first-class matches against Kent in what was to be the club's final season with first-class status until the 1895 County Championship.

Hervey-Bathurst died in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire on 4 May 1908.
