Dagana is a town in the Saint-Louis Region of Senegal and the capital of the Dagana Department, located on the border with Mauritania. It shares its name with the Dagana River.

Ethnic groups in Dagana include Wolof, Fula (Fula: Fulɓe; French: Peul or Peulh), and Moor.
