Patricia M. Mahan is an American attorney and political figure on the local level in California. An Independent, she was elected as the Mayor of the City of Santa Clara in November 2002 and re-elected in 2006 as well as in 2010. She was acting mayor when the San Francisco 49ers moved from Candlestick Park in San Francisco to Levis’s Stadium in Santa Clara. [1][2]
