Amila Silva was a Sri Lankan cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman who played for Kurunegala Youth Cricket Club.

Silva made a single first-class appearance for the team, during the 1997-98 season, against Tamil Union. From the opening order, he scored a single run in the first innings in which he batted, and three runs in the second.
