The 1993 Nicholls State Colonels football team represented Nicholls State University in the 1993 NCAA Division I-AA football season. The Colonels were led by first-year head coach Rick Rhoades. They played their home games at John L. Guidry Stadium and were a member of the Southland Conference. They finished the season 3–8, 2–5 in Southland play to finish tied for fifth place.
