The 1988 Chattanooga Moccasins football team represented the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the 1988 NCAA Division I-AA football season. The Mocs were led by fifth year head coach Buddy Nix and played their home games at Charmerlain Field. They are a member of the Southern Conference. They finished the season 4–7,3–3 in Southern Conference play to finish in 3rd place.[1]
