Thomas James "Tommy" Bell (born July 10, 1932) was an American football player. Bell played college football at the halfback position for the Army Cadets football team.[1] He was selected by the Football Writers Association of America and the International News Service as a first-team halfback on their respective 1954 College Football All-America Teams.[2]
