Rukshan Soza

Rukshan Soza (born Christopher Rukshan Soza on 24 December 1966) was a Sri Lankan cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman who played for Berkshire. He was born in Colombo. He is known to many as Ruki Soza.

Soza, who picked up three Youth Test and two Youth One Day International appearances for Sri Lanka Young Cricketers during a 1986 tour of England, made his List A appearance for Berkshire, in the 1996 NatWest Trophy. He played his club cricket for NCC in Colombo and for many years at Wokingham Cricket Club and now for Hurst Cricket Club in England. Soza, also represented Berkshire over 50s in 2019 scoring 2 centuries against Surrey and Essex.

He still continues to play cricket.

Soza who has two children (Tristan and Stephanie), is currently employed and works as a Director at Cognizant UK and Ireland as an AI and Analytics Practice Lead.
