Cecil Antonio Brockman (born September 18, 1984) is an American politician. He was elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2015. A Democrat, he serves the 60th district.[1]

He is openly bisexual.[2] He is one of four openly LGBT members of the North Carolina General Assembly, alongside Reps. Deb Butler (D–New Hanover), Allison Dahle (D—Wake), and Marcia Morey (D–Durham).
