Des Kensel is the Grammy Award winning former drummer of the stoner metal band High on Fire.[1]
In the early 1990s, Des Kensel played drums for the New Haven, CT band Mindwar.
Des Kensel is married and has a son.
He plays Tama drums, Evans drumheads, Meinl cymbals, and Vic Firth drumsticks.
