Riccardo Francolini is a Panamanian banker.[1][2] Francolini has strong ties to Panamanian ex-president Ricardo Martinelli, who has been accused of corruption and spying.[2][3]Francolini is known to be involved in several corruption cases that occurred during Martinelli’s presidency.[1]
