Blaž Vrhovec (born 20 February 1992) is a Slovenian football midfielder who plays for Maribor.

Career

He made his debut in European competitions on 5 July 2012, in first preliminary round of Europa League, against FC Dacia Chişinău.[1] He scored his first goal in Slovenian top division on 11 August 2012 against Mura 05.[2] On 23 March 2016, he made his debut for the Slovenia national football team against Macedonia.[3] In June 2016 he signed a three-year contract with Maribor.[4]
