Etosha Secondary School (Afrikaans: Hoërskool Etosha) is a school in Tsumeb in the Oshikoto Region of northern Namibia. It is one of the best academic performers in the northern regions and Namibia as a whole.[1]

Having previously been ranked among the best schools in the land, Etosha ss located in the small town of Tsumeb, Namibia. Founded in 1964, the school is now run by the current principal Mr A. Kaishungu and he has been the headmaster for the past five years. The school has a tradition in sport and has produced a number of sportsmen and women that have gone on to wear the national colors. Etosha ss is ranked the best performing government school in English 2nd language HL as well as ordinary level. Regionally, the school is also ranked the best school in biology ordinary level. Etosha ss is ranked 2nd best in the Oshikoto region and nationally ranked 6th.[citation needed] One of the top ten performers during the 2016 NSSC exams are from Etosha secondary school.[citation needed]
