Kuala Lumpur League is a state level football league held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The league is managed by the football authority in Kuala Lumpur, the Kuala Lumpur (KLFA).The League is the fourth-tier football league in Malaysia.[1]The teams are also eligible to compete in the Malaysia FA Cup.[2]

The leagues has a hierarchical format with promotion and relegation between league divisions at different levels. Starting from 2018, this league will have promotion to the newly established fourth-tier league called Malaysia M4 League. [3] Most games are played on Saturdays, with a few games played during weekdays.

Current format

For 2017-18, the league will be contested in only one round-robin. In other words, each team faces the other teams once.
