Mo‘ynoq District (Uzbek: Mo‘ynoq tumani, Karakalpak: Moynaq rayonı) is a district of Karakalpakstan in Uzbekistan. The capital lies at Mo‘ynoq.

There is one city (Mo'ynoq) and villages holding an official status (Boʻzatov, Madali, Tikoʻzak, Uchsoy, Qozoqdaryo).
