John Francis Kiely (born October 4, 1964) is former Major League Baseball pitcher. Kiely played for the Detroit Tigers from 1991 to 1993.

Kiely attended Bridgewater State College. In 1987, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Wareham Gatemen of the Cape Cod Baseball League.[1]
