Catherine Rebecca Cumming is an Australian politician. She has been a member of the Victorian Legislative Council since November 2018, representing Western Metropolitan Region.[1] She was elected for Derryn Hinch's Justice Party, but broke with the party on 18 December before being sworn in; she was sworn in as an independent on 19 December.[2]

Controversy

In July 2019, news sources ran stories on Cumming's staff, having hired relatives and a friend to work as her electorate office staff.[3]
