Gmina Olszyna is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Lubań County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Olszyna, which lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Lubań, and 116 kilometres (72 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 47.16 square kilometres (18.2 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 6,504.
