Opisthias is a Late Jurassic genus of sphenodont reptile from the Morrison Formation of western North America,[2] present in stratigraphic zones 2 and 4–6.[3], An indeterminate species is also known from the Lulworth Formation of the UK.

Distribution

Opisthias was from the United States (Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming).[1], as well as in southern England.
