Edward Mark Sprot (born 4 February 1872 in Edinburgh, Midlothian; died 8 October 1945 at Lower Bourne, Surrey) was a Scottish first-class cricketer who played in 270 matches for Hampshire. He was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm medium pace.

Sprot captained Hampshire between 1903 and 1914. During his career he scored 12,328 runs at 28.66 as well as taking 55 wickets at 33.90. His cricket career came to an end with the onset of the First World War.

Sprot died aged 73 in Lower Bourne, Surrey.
