Karpara Dam, is an earthfill dam on Karpara river near Jintur, Parbhani district in state of Maharashtra in India.

Specifications

The height of the dam above lowest foundation is 16.66 m (54.7 ft) while the length is 1,046 m (3,432 ft). The volume content is 344 km3 (83 cu mi) and gross storage capacity is 27,320.00 km3 (6,554.42 cu mi).[2]
