Pål Rustadstuen (born 1 October 1982) is a Norwegian football midfielder who currently plays for Sarpsborg Sparta FK in the Norwegian First Division.

His first senior club was Lyn, where he played 8 Norwegian Premier League games in 2003, scoring one goal. Following injury problems he left the club for Oslo Øst. He debuted for Sparta Sarpsborg in 2006.
