Ella Louise Donnison (born 27 February 1975, Nottingham) is a former captain and wicket-keeper for the England women's cricket team.

Donnison captained England in the 1999 Women's European Championship, played in Nykobing Mors, Denmark. England won the tournament, winning all three of their matches. These were her only international appearances.

Donnison played for East Midlands and Nottinghamshire in the women's County Championship.
