Łukasz Karwowski (born December 30, 1965 in Toruń) is a Polish film director, screenwriter and producer.

In 1985–1986, he studied Polish literature at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, but subsequently gave it up, and studied first at the National Film and Television School in Beaconsfield, and then at the National Film School in Łódź. In 1992, he made his first important movie, Listopad, which won him critical acclaim.

He directed dozens of television commercials, and currently (2008) works on a new project, American Love.
