Komařice is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 10.29 square kilometres (3.97 sq mi), and has a population of 271 (as at 31 December 2007).

Komařice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of České Budějovice and 135 km (84 mi) south of Prague.
