Koválovice-Osíčany is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.42 square kilometres (1.71 sq mi), and has a population of 306 (as at 2 October 2006).

Koválovice-Osíčany lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) south of Prostějov, 36 km (22 mi) south of Olomouc, and 218 km (135 mi) south-east of Prague.
