The semicollared puffbird (Malacoptila semicincta) is a species of puffbird in the family Bucconidae. It is one of seven species of the genus Malacoptila. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical and tropical moist lowland forests.
