Stražisko is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.54 square kilometres (1.37 sq mi), and has a population of 433 (as at 28 August 2006).

Stražisko lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-west of Prostějov, 24 km (15 mi) west of Olomouc, and 191 km (119 mi) east of Prague.
